  • Why do you only sell limited quantity?
    It is limited quantity to ensure that we give our customers quality and uniqueness over quantity. We strive to reduce waste and to remain sustainable. Nothing from Fluffy Butt is mass produced.
  • How many collections will there be?
    Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. 2 collections.
  • How do I measure my dog's size for bandanas?
    Please take a look at our size guide page for details.
  • When will I get my order?
    Once you've made your purchase we will proceed to crafting the item. Please allow 1-3 days. All items are made-to-order, to ensure quality and sustainability. We will ship your order once all your items are completed and when payment is processed. Items will be shipped via USPS and you will receive a tracking number. Delivery time of 1-3 days based on origin, destination, and Post Officeâ„¢ acceptance time.
  • How long will a pre-order item ship to me?
    We strive to remain as sustainable as possible and want to reduce waste. It is dependent on fabric print availability. Excepted delivery time to you is from two to three weeks.
  • Where do you ship?
    Currently, only US (United States).
  • Do you have a rewards program?
    Not yet but we may want to have a Patreon where you can get member-only exclusive items.
